Admission Tests
Once you have sent in your application form, all the required documentation and the application fee payment receipt , the admissions department will evaluate your application. Then, you will be contacted to attend admission tests and informed about available dates.
Dates and Location
The international admissions process is ongoing and we accept applications from October to July. Admission tests are scheduled every month from February to July.
You will receive an email with a username and password to register for the tests held on the date that suits you best.

- If you live outside of Spain and are unable to travel to Barcelona, you can take the examination in a remote location, in the office of one of our partner institutions. Please contact the admissions department on application@toulose-bs.es to check availability.
Admission tests:
Your choice of Campus and section will determine in which language the tests are to be taken, these tests will be the basis for evaluation of language level.
- Barcelona Campus, English Section – Tests in English
- Barcelona Campus, Spanish Section – Tests in Spanish
- Toulouse Campus, English Section – Tests in English
- Toulouse Campus, French Section – Tests in French
If a candidate is admitted and decides to change his/her language option, he/she will be required to submit the relevant qualification in the selected language.
- Barcelona Campus: option 50% of the classes taught in English, 50% in Spanish.
- 2 admission test options to choose:
- Test in English + interview in Spanish
- Test in Spanish + interview in English
- Barcelona Campus: option 100% of the classes taught in English.
- Test + interview in English
- Toulouse Campus: option 100% of the classes taught in French.
- Test + interview in French
- Toulouse Campus: option 100% of the classes taught in English.
- Test + interview in English
Description of the admission tests:
Written test: Academic skills test This part assesses your academic potential through different tests. The examination lasts a total of 1 and a half hours.Oral test: Individual interview Individual interview with the admissions committee to explain your motivations, plans and potential as a future student
and business professional. Total duration: 45 minutes.
Results:
Approximately 2 weeks after the admission tests, you will be informed by e-mail and by regular post, about the Admissions Committee decision, based on the global assessment of the admission file, the test and the interview.
- Not accepted.
- Accepted.
- Conditional acceptance (this applies to students who must obtain their certificate/diploma of secondary education or other requirements).
